Believe it or not I’ve been busy over the last little while pulling bottles out and trying them for my Taste it Again program … First out of the gate (or the box actually) was a bottle fo Mountain Road Wine Company 2002 Cabernet Franc ; the came a bottle from the Lake Erie North Shore, Colchester Ridge Estate Winery 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot ; finally, two from Chateau des Charmes to compare the ageing of these two similar yet distinctly different wines: 2002 St. David’s Bench Cabernet Sauvignon and 2002 Paul Bosc Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon … take a read and see what time has done to each of these bottles.
