(January 15, 2017) … For those of you who think LBV port does not age, I give you exhibit A: a 17 year old, gorgeous, chocolate, black cherry number with smooth/silky mouth feel and pleasant acidity on the finish, that seems to want us to remember that Port has spice on occasion as well – I don’t usually do this but we finished the bottle in one sitting. Stunning.
