(May 5, 2016) … Hello Amador Zin, Goodbye heart … I’m a fan of Amador County Zins ever since my buddy Dave (from Michigan) introduced me to some a few years back. This Easton was no different. It’s a plum, cherry, blackberry, black cherry number, with hints of spice, cardamom, white pepper and nice tannins on the finish. The only thing the nose had that the palate did not was a hint of burnt chocolate.
