Great information both about the winery and their new Terraelectae project&#8230; I recommend them both.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For now, these are the wines we tasted at the table during the interview:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-7208\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.michaelpinkuswinereview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Selvapiana_3.png\" alt=\"Selvapiana 3\" style=\"margin-right: 7px; float: left;\" width=\"165\" height=\"293\" \/>Selvapiana 2020 Vigneto Erchi<\/strong><\/span> (Terraelectae)&nbsp;<br \/><em>&#8211; Sangiovese&nbsp;<\/em> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Bright and lively, with good red fruit: cherry and strawberry. Silky tannins with balancing acidity &#8211; could drink this all day and most of the night&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;too.&nbsp; <strong>(****+)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Selvapiana 2023 Chianti Rufina<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>&#8211; Sangiovese 97% \/ rest indigenous grapes<br \/>Fresh, fruity, and lively. Good red fruit and acidity; drinks very well on its own or paired with food.&nbsp; <strong>(****)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Selvapiana 2023 Villa Petrognano&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><br \/>&#8211; Pomino Bianco &#8211; Chardonnay \/ Sauvignon Blanc&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Light with hints of citrus and green apple.&nbsp; <strong>(*** &frac12;+)<\/strong><br \/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Selvapiana 2022 Vigneto Bucherchiale &#8211; Chianti Rufina Riserva&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><br \/><em>&#8211; Sangiovese&nbsp;<\/em> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Plenty of smoky, dark fruit; tannins are more aggressive, then the other single vineyard Sangiovese, but so is the acidity. All works well together.&nbsp; <strong>(*** &frac12;+)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Selvapiana 2021 Villa Petrognano &#8211; Pomino Rosso&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/><em>&#8211; Sangiovese 60% \/ Cabernet Sauvignon 20% \/ Merlot 20%<\/em>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Typical style of wine with the stuff you expect &#8230; it&rsquo;s a good wine. But you could find this style from anywhere in Tuscany.
