Spain is just a fabulous place for wine, for old Vines, and for new world flavour with old world charm. This is no different. Nose has lots of dark fruit, cocoa, and spiced plum &#8211; palate proved that this wine is way too young and needs a good three years in the cellar to get where it should be. Right now it&#8217;s dark and brooding, with fruit ready to explode upon aeration in glass or decanter, just bubbling under the surface.
