So here we are 5 years from vintage and the nose doles out aromas of tobacco, dried raspberry and herbal notes while the palate seem to be a lot fresher and much more inviting, with layer upon layer of flavour including: smoky-vanilla, cassis, roasted plum, and a pleasant toastiness &#8230; there&#8217;s also elements of anise, smoky-cassis &amp; raspberry.
