The nose was rich &amp; ripe black fruit: cassis, blackberry, and plum, with vanilla and spice playing a supportive role. Palate doled out more good characteristics like chocolate, cassis, vanilla, and plum, with some spiced creme de cassis and a pretty big dose of pepper.
