Seminar Wines … This year’s seminar was all about Pinot Noir – from all over New Zealand. Pinot is New Zealand’s second most planted variety, but a distant second to Sauvignon Blanc. With the most Pinot planted in Marlborough followed by Central Otago and Wairarapa. During the seminar we taste wines from all three regions. plus a few others – let’s take a look:
