(December 12, 2015) … Lately I’m on an older wines kick, a few days ago I was pulling out 2005’s, now I going back a little further with a bottle of Domaine de Cabasse 2004 Sablet, Les Deux Anges – a Cote du Rhone Villages wine: dried red fruits and foresty-floor mingle together with a smooth touch of smoky oak – considering its age and what I paid for this bottle it’s great.
