(September 04, 2018) … Those old school Cahors wines are finally starting to come around, what was once a big bruising, tannic wine made from 80% Malbec / 15% Merlot and 5% Tannat has really smoothed out with great dark fruit, menthol, molasses and smoke notes … time to think about a big glass or a decanter for these.
