(April 6, 2018) … A strange little blend of Grenache , Shiraz , Touriga Nacional and Mourvedre – I was surprised to see the Touriga, but the rest made sense for the country that made it: earthy with some dried cherry, white pepper and spice – surprisingly drinkable and even a little stony with a finish that hints at prunes and some drying tannins on the tongue … this one is pretty much on it’s last legs palate-wise, but it smells pretty damn good.
