(December 2, 2017) … Last time I pulled off this two-fer I was away in Ottawa and tried a bottle a night, seems like I’m about to do it again. This time I’m home, it’s the weekend and these bottles just started talking to me as I walked in the cellar, “it’s time, drink me” … And this one was right: smooth blackberry, white pepper, hints of graphite and pencil shavings with touches of anise – very tasty and sippable – tomorrow night I’ll try the other Perrin.
