(June 17, 2016) … Cracked this one with my backyard neighbour who seemed to think I was opening something really special because of the box it came in, I said “please, it’s a Yellow Tail”, but I have to admit it turned out to be something even more special than even I wasn’t expecting.
Surprisingly spicy and layered with peppery, plumy, black cherry, chocolate, red and black currants … for those who think Yellow Tail is too plain and simple, this one over-delivered especially for its age and pedigree.
