(May 23, 2016) … Aging well, though the nose seems to give off more aged aromas than the palate shows: earthy, leathery, dried red and black fruits take over the aromas while the palate comes across younger with elements of balsamic-strawberry, forest floor and cedar spices. I think it’s time to open and drink these before they get “too old” for many.
