Rosewood Estates came to the big city for a wine and food pairing event at The Chef’s House … of the 10 wines they poured I had tried all but two … I have since posted the reviews of the two new wines: 2010 Merlot Reserve and 2010 Pinot Noir Reserve (both Natural Ferment wines) on the OntarioWineReview website.
